Kansei Support

Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your Kansei Pro subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings, or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app.

Restore Purchases

If you already have an active subscription, tap Restore on the subscription screen in Kansei.

Audio

Kansei uses your iPhone’s Japanese voice. If you hear nothing, download one in Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices.

Reminders

Turn the daily reminder on or off and choose its time in Progress → Settings.

Your Data

Your progress is stored only on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
